This website uses no cookies or social media plugins. We use Plausible Analytics for cookieless, privacy-friendly audience measurement. There is no contact form. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts or any other third party. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When the page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This processing is required to deliver and securely operate the website; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically sound and secure website). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Transfers to the USA take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Audience measurement with Plausible
We use Plausible Analytics, a service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, to measure the use and reach of this website and improve our offering. Page URLs, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, an approximate location derived from the IP address, and interactions such as engagement time, scroll depth and outbound-link clicks are recorded in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies or create persistent user identifiers. The IP address and user agent are technically processed but are not stored in raw form; a daily identifier is generated to count visitors and cannot be linked across different days. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is privacy-friendly audience measurement and optimisation of our website. Plausible processes visitor data as our processor exclusively within the EU. A data processing agreement is in place. Further information is available in Plausible’s data policy.
Local storage
The choice between light and dark colour scheme is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) so it persists on the next visit. This information never leaves the device and is not transmitted to us.
Contact by email
Anyone writing to us by email transmits their name, email address and the content of the message. We process this data solely to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An email to [email protected] is enough to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner.
